Level 3
Business, Management and Leadership, T Level
This course provides a solid foundation for a successful career in business management and leadership, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead teams, make informed business decisions, and drive organisational success. The T Level offers a practical and hands-on approach to various subjects including strategic planning, team management, decision-making, financial management, and communication skills. You will develop leadership qualities and practical management skills that are highly valued in the business world.
T Levels are designed to provide a technical alternative to A Levels and are developed in collaboration with employers, ensuring that courses meet industry demands and equip students with the precise skills valued by employers in specific sectors. These two-year courses are equivalent to three A Levels, illustrating the depth of learning involved. One of the distinguishing features of T Levels is the minimum 45-day industry placement, allowing students to gain practical experience and develop essential employability skills. With their unique blend of classroom learning and on-the-job experience, T Levels offer students a clear pathway to rewarding careers in their chosen fields.
When you study with us you will automatically join our Business Career Excellence Hub, which is endorsed by leading employers who are actively involved throughout your whole training programme. Through guest lectures, company visits, work experience and recruitment events, you will have unrivalled access to potential employers – that means invaluable industry insight and numerous networking opportunities. You’ll study in purpose-built classrooms, designed to enhance your learning experience, and you’ll benefit from a wide range of facilities including our new boardroom and business suite. Your mentors will be experienced tutors and assessors who have worked in reputable firms and run their own businesses. They will guide you through your study programme and placement, and ensure you’re fully prepared for your next steps after college.
