All Smiles for GCSE Results Day
Learners of all ages gathered at our Knightstone Campus today to collect their English and Maths GCSE results.
Nervousness soon changed to exhilaration as envelopes opened, revealing some amazing and well-deserved grades. Our English and Maths team were on hand to show support and celebrate with everyone who succeeded.
We caught up with some of these students to get their thoughts…

Kelly O’Connor, Subject Area Manager for GCSE English said: “I am incredibly proud of our GCSE resit learners who have shown remarkable determination and resilience this year.
“English isn’t always everyone’s cup of tea, but with our team of fantastic teachers, who engage and motivate our learners year on year, learners’ outcomes continue to improve.“
It was very inspiring to see learners of all ages coming together. Whether they were returning to education with support from families or striving to get the grades they just missed out on before, we’re so proud of everyone for obtaining the results they always knew they could achieve.
If you need any advice regarding results, applications or next steps, we’re putting on a GCSE Guidance Surgery at our Knightstone Campus Bistro on Thursday 22nd (12pm – 6pm) and Friday 23rd August (10am – 2pm).
