Passenger Transport Service Operations Driver, Intermediate Apprenticeship
What will I do on this course?
Every day millions of people travel on buses and coaches to get to work, to see friends and family or to go on holiday. Passenger transport service professionals make a difference by ensuring they are able to travel safely, on time and in comfort from the beginning to the end of their journey. This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to acquire the skills, knowledge and behaviours that play a vital role in providing a high quality, accessible and safe passenger transport service to all customers.
How will I be assessed?
The end-point assessment will test you on the skill, knowledge and behaviours required for this role.
What could I do after this course?
This apprenticeship will offer people aged 18 and above in employment the chance to gain the Cat C driving licence, improve knowledge and skills in their vocational role and enhance their career prospects.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence (at least Cat B car licence) and must be 18 years old by the time you are ready to gain you provisional vocational licence. You will need to obtain the relevant licence prior to taking your end-point assessment. You will also need to be in relevant employment but we can help you find this.
