Business Administrator, Intermediate Apprenticeship

What will I do on this course?

This apprenticeship will enable you to learn practical skills ‘on-the-job’ while earning a wage. You’ll spend most of the week with your employer learning about business administration as you work, and come to College from time to time.

You’ll cover a range of units which could include: working in a business environment, managing your own performance, producing documents, making and receiving telephone calls, and meeting and welcoming visitors.

How will I be assessed?

We’ll assess your performance at work.

What could I do after this course?

Most Weston College apprentices are kept on by their employer at the end of their course. After this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge you’ll need to work in a variety of junior business roles. You could also increase your skills by progressing to a Level 3 business-related course at Weston College.

Entry Requirements

You don’t need any formal qualifications to enrol on this apprenticeship. However, you’ll assessed to ensure you’re proficient in England and maths to at least Level 1. You’ll also need to be in relevant employment, but we can support you to find this.
