What will I do on this course?
This Level 1 Business course covers a range of business-related subjects including projects based on real-life work scenarios. This will prepare you for a wide range of careers within the industry.
You’ll develop skills and knowledge in a range of topics, such as business enterprise, finance, business planning, marketing and promotion, project management, business communication, working in teams, sales and personal selling and recruitment and selection.
As part of the course, you’ll also develop your English and maths skills to the level required in the industry.
How will I be assessed?
We’ll assess you through practical activities, group work, presentations, coursework, online assessments and examinations.
What could I do after this course?
This course could be your first step into a career in business, and you could enhance your skills with the Level 2 Extended Certificate in Business at Weston College.
You don’t need any formal qualifications to enrol on this course but will need to show a commitment to your studies and an interest in business.
