What will I do on this course?
This Level 3 Business course will develop your business acumen and provide you with the skills required in a variety of roles in the sector.
You’ll cover a range of topics, including marketing, starting up a small business, accounting, recruitment, selection, human resource management, business law, finance, management, events management, international business, customer services, and digital marketing.
The course also includes a work placement, to help you gain real-life experience of a business environment.
You’ll also develop your English and maths skills to the level employers look for.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through practical observations, group work, presentations, coursework, online assessments and examinations.
What could I do after this course?
This course has a 100% pass rate and could lead to a variety of jobs in the business sector. You could also enhance your skills by progressing to the Foundation Degree in Business with Management, or Event and Production Management, at University Centre Weston.
You’ll need five GCSEs at level 4/C or above, or a relevant Level 2 course.
