Financial Services Customer Advisor Apprenticeship

What will I do on this course?

On this Level 2 Financial Services Advisor Apprenticeship, you’ll work in a customer-facing role in the finance sector and learn the skills that employers look for, while gaining work experience and earning a wage.

The apprenticeship will be adapted to suit your goals and the needs of your employer. This could include training in a range of topics, such as: the branch cashier role; dealing face-to-face customer enquiries; helping customers use new digital services; dealing with enquiries by phone, email or post; administering customer accounts; resolving straightforward problems and complaints; proactively contacting customers; identifying sales opportunities; and making referrals.

How will I be assessed?

We’ll assess your performance at work and complete an end point assessment.

What could I do after this course?

Most of Weston College apprentices are kept on by their employers at the end of their course, and many move on to the Level 3 Financial Services Advisor Apprenticeship.
