Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship

What will I do on this course?

The Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship provides practical and theoretical skills on the job as well as developing your functional skills. You’ll spend most of your week at work, which will be a role in a hotel, restaurant, country club, café or school.

You’ll get the chance to learn about your preferred area of hospitality supervision – there are seven pathways and your choice will depend on your job role.

How will I be assessed?

We’ll assess your practical skills by observing you at work. Your personal assessor will also visit you at work to make sure you are on target to get your qualifications

What could I do after this course?

The majority of Weston College apprentices are kept on by their employer after they finish their courses. You’ll also be qualified for various roles in the catering industry. Or you could increase your skills by progressing to a related degree-level course.

Entry Requirements

You’ll need five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, or a Level 2 qualification, and you’ll need to be proficient in English and maths at Level 2. You’ll also need to be in relevant employment, but we can help you find this.
