Property Management Assistant, Intermediate Apprenticeship
What will I do on this course?
The apprenticeship has been developed to prepare an apprentice for a supporting operational role within the housing/property management sector. The core of the apprenticeship, however, has been established to provide occupational grounding in the sector.
It has been developed to meet the needs of housing/property professionals within the private and affordable housing sectors and is applicable to all sizes of organisation.
How will I be assessed?
The end-point assessment will comprise of a case study assessment and portfolio of evidence. This will be completed during the last three months of the apprenticeship and will be a work-based assignment. It’ll also include an interview, based on your case study or portfolio.
What could I do after this course?
On completion of this apprenticeship you can progress onto the Advanced Apprenticeship in Property Management and, following that, the Senior Property Management Apprenticeship at Level 4.
There are no formal qualifications required to start this apprenticeship but you will be assessed to ensure you have the ability to complete the English and Maths qualification to at least Level 1. You will need to be in relevant employment, but we can support you to find this.

Managers and proprietors in horticulture oversee the production of plants for wholesale and/or retail.

Managers and proprietors in this unit group plan, organise and co-ordinate the activities and resources of forestry, fishing, animal husbandry and related operations and establishments.

Property, housing or estate manager
Job holders within this unit group manage shopping centres, residential areas and private estates, and arrange for the sale, purchase, rental and leasing of property on behalf of clients and employers.
