Property Services: Estate/Letting Agents, Intermediate Apprenticeship
What will I do on this course?
Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job. You’ll spend most of your week with your employer learning about property services as you work, and come to College occasionally, depending on your apprenticeship. You will complete a number of qualifications including the certificate in sale or letting of residential property.
You will cover a number of units which could include: reducing risks to health and safety, understanding professional conduct, organising and performing viewings of property and understanding legal guidelines.
How will I be assessed?
We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications.
What could I do after this course?
You could progress to our Advanced Apprenticeship or another Level 3 qualification. The majority of our apprentices are kept on by their employer after they finish their course.
There are no formal qualifications required to start this apprenticeship but you will be assessed to ensure you have the ability to complete the English and maths qualification to at least Level 1. You will need to be in relevant employment, but we can support you to find this.
