What will I do on this course?
Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job – so you’ll be paid and get quali ed at the same time. Unlike most people studying a property services apprenticeship, you won’t have to spend any time at College.
You will do a number of qualifications including the Level 3 Diploma in Sale or Letting of Residential Property and Technical Award.
You will cover a number of units, which could include: implementing and reviewing the marketing of properties, obtaining instructions to market properties, progressing applications to rent properties and negotiating tenancy agreements.
How will I be assessed?
We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications.
What could I do after this course?
This apprenticeship could allow you to advance to higher education, or a higher level apprenticeship.
Five GCSEs at grade 9-4 including English and maths, or a Level 2 qualification. You will need to be in relevant employment, but we can support you to find this.
