Retailer Team Leader Apprenticeship
What will I do on this course?
Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job – so you’ll be paid and gain qualifications at the same time. You will spend most of your working week learning with your employer, and you may also spend some time at College.
On this apprenticeship, you will undertake the new retail team leader apprenticeship standard and work towards developing your skills and knowledge in preparation for the end-point assessment. This could include skills such as helping to manage a retail team – audit stock levels and stock inventories in a retail environment - and providing a personalised sales and after-sales service to retail clients.
How will I be assessed?
We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications.
What could I do after this course?
Most of our apprentices are kept on by their employers after their course. You could advance to one of our higher level apprenticeships, or pursue degree-level study.
Five GCSEs at grade 9-4 including English and maths, or a Level 2 qualification. You will need to be in relevant employment, but we can support you to find this.
