Free College WIFI Access

Weston College is part of the Eduroam community providing free secure WIFI for our Learner's devices.

Note: Eduroam is only required for personal devices. Weston College issued devices will automatically be configured to connect to the appropriate WIFI service.

Getting Started with Eduroam

You only need to do this once per device

  1. Visit the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

  2. Download the “eduroam® installer”
  3. Select “Weston College” as your organisation
  4. Install the downloaded file
  5. Once installed, login to a Eduroam WIFI network using your normal Weston College IT Username (including @weston.ac.uk) and Password.

Sign-in once and access wherever you roam 

More than 10,000 eduroam hotspots are available at universities, research centres, academies, many schools, and other research and education institutions.

Eduroam users can visit other Eduroam enabled organisations and use their network seamlessly without needing to setup a new wi-fi connection.
