Training Solutions for Employers
Weston College is working with thousands of businesses across a number of sectors to create individualised training programmes that could help your business to grow and prosper.
We're one of the top-performing and largest colleges in the country, and the only college in the region to be awarded Ofsted's highest grade - 'outstanding'. We've also been recognised as a national leader in education through multiple Association of Colleges' Beacon Awards, and the prestigious Queen's Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education.
We understand the needs of companies when it comes to creating a highly skilled and highly motivated workforce that is both productive and forward thinking.
With the introduction of the apprenticeship levy, we are seeing a great shift towards upskilling and retraining staff to cope with the demands presented across all sections of employment.
At Weston College, we will work with you to create a bespoke training plan that takes into account your business needs and focuses on the growth and development of your business and its workforce.
What puts us ahead of other training providers in the Bristol and Somerset area is the quality and uniqueness of our provision, which is supported by dedicated staff and often award-winning facilities. We are also ISO27001 accredited, meaning that you can have confidence in our information security management systems.
We're continually investing in our assessors, courses, lecturers and teaching spaces, and work closely with around 2,500 businesses to ensure that our provision is teaching the sector-relevant skills that will allow them to prosper through the creation of a highly motivated and skilled workforce.
