Creative Arts Summer Show 2021

With a difficult year for the arts behind us, this year's Summer Show at Loxton Campus will be a breath of fresh air and a phenomenal trip out for the family with live music, performances, artwork, locally sourced food, drink and more - all in celebration of the arts and young people in Weston-super-Mare.

PLEASE NOTE: We have very limited parking on site and there is no on-street parking in the immediate vicinity. We'd therefore recommend travelling on foot, by public transport or by utilising our many bike locking facilities!
The Summer Show is split into two parts:
'Westonbury' Festival
A dual stage festival tent to complete the summer vibe! Enter the tent for a diverse range of live music from our Music Performance and Production students as well as live theatre performances. Our phenomenal performing arts learners will be performing classics such as: 'Midsummer Night's Dream', 'Oliver!', 'Lord of the Flies' and an original production 'Show in the Decades'.
Summer Show Exhibition
Explore the creative minds of our extremely talented learners. See their amazing work on display in our biggest exhibition to date.
Features will include pieces from students studying Art and Design, Game and Animation, Graphic Design, Media Production and Photography.
WEDNESDAY 23RD JUNE
'Opening night'
Kicking off the show with a private viewing exclusively for friends and family.
- Private showing of exhibition and live music performances (5 - 6.30pm)
- 'Show-in the decades' (7 - 8.30pm)
- Live music (8.40 - 10pm)
THURSDAY 24TH JUNE
'A Night at the theatre'
Main exhibition open to the public as well as live stage performances from Performing Arts:

- Lord of the Flies (6 - 7pm)
- Midsummer Night's Dream (8.30 - 10pm)
FRIDAY 25TH JUNE
'Westonbury Music'
Celebrate the triumphant return of live music with performances from current students and previous students.
The exhibition will also be open for viewing.
