WHO ARE THESE COURSES FOR?
These courses are for businesses of all sizes looking to upskill their staff, to become more competitive whilst increasing productivity and business performance.
WHEN & WHERE ARE THE COURSES DELIVERED?
The courses will be delivered from The Bristol Training Institute and the Winter Gardens/University Centre Weston, from January 2024 with regular start dates available throughout 2024.
HOW LONG ARE THE COURSES?
The courses are delivered monthly, and are between 18 and 24 months long.
HOW MUCH DO THE COURSES COST?
The courses are fully funded training options. Employers who are SMEs can fully fund their apprenticeship training cost via the College levy sharing agreements with large businesses.
WHAT WILL BE COVERED?
Some topics that will be covered at monthly training workshops, include: self-management, resource management, building high-performance teams, communication and interpersonal skills, organisational culture and strategy, problem solving and decision making, data analysis, organisational governance and project management.

We can offer a tailored/bespoke course or programme to suit any business requirements or employer needs. We will work alongside you to create your own programme that can be branded as your companies training programme working in partnership with Weston College. We can offer tailor made packages that are flexible to fit around current workloads, making the training accessible to all your employees. Bespoke, business led sessions can be delivered on site at your own premises or online, therefore cutting out the need for additional travel and/or overnight accommodation for delegates.
