Level 5
People Management, CIPD Associate Diploma
This nationally recognised professional qualification is suitable for those that have already achieved the level 3 Certificate in People Practice or for those that have extensive experience in all areas of the HR function. You will ideally have gained at least 3 years experience. You may be able to gain direct entry onto the level 5 if you already hold a degree in a related subject. The level 5 qualification is also valuable for line managers, supervisors and team leaders who would like a recognised qualification to support and enhance their HR/people practice responsibilities.
This is ideal for anyone who would like to progress their career in HR to HR managerial roles, or for those already in a HR / People Managment role who need to gain the professionally / Industry recognised CIPD qualification.
You will acquire a wide range of relevant practical HR skills in HR (People Management), which will enable you to operate more effectively in your role.

Assessment Method
The course is assessed internally via coursework. There are no examinations.
How will the course be delivered?
This course is delivered via blended learning with a mix of face to face sessions and online ‘live’ teams lessons/sessions. The face to face sessions make up approx 1/3 of the course and the remaining 2/3 of the sessions will be delivered online with your tutor via ‘live’ Microsoft Teams interactive classes every week. For example we normally deliver the first and last session of each module face to face.
You will need to have access to a laptop or PC to be able to participate fully in the interactive online sessions and to complete your coursework.
Additional Costs
In addition to the course fees learners are required to join the CIPD as a student member. This can be paid by direct debit and in full and is paid directly to the CIPD.
