Kian

Kian has continuously shattered the boundaries set before him. Transitioning from Inclusive Practice to a dedicated full-time Hospitality student, he embraced challenges with unwavering determination. Balancing his studies in Maths and English alongside culinary pursuits, Kian effortlessly crafted delectable dishes, some of which prominently featured his passion for bananas! 

The pinnacle of his year arrived with Kian's participation in the foundation World Skills Catering competition. Emerging victorious beating over 100 competitors, he secured a coveted spot in the Manchester finals. Presenting an innovative menu featuring Indian-inspired Fish & Chips followed by banana fritters with cardamom chocolate sauce, Kian placed second in the UK!
