Apprentice Manual Machinist at C BRADLEY ENGINEERING LTD

Training:

  • Training from skilled employees with decades of experience.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to demonstrate the skills learned during training. 
  • Complete all college courses throughout training, to a high level
  • Learn and understand the importance of Health & Safety within the work environment and be able to put it in to practice.

Work-Based:

  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. 
  • Perform routine maintenance of machines. 
  • Use of measurement equipment such as Micrometer's, Vernier Caliper's and Gauge Blocks.

C BRADLEY ENGINEERING LTD

C Bradley Engineering is a family run business servicing the local area with engineering repairs, fabrication services, On-site maintenance etc.

  • You will be pursuing a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard as a Machining Technician, through Weston College
  • As part of this program, you will attend Weston College as instructed by the college (3-5 days per week in year 1, 1 day per week in year 2, workplace only year 3 & 4)
  • An assessor will conduct on-site observation to evaluate your progress, as well as supporting you in college throughout your apprenticeship
  • At the conclusion of your program, your qualification will be assessed through an End Point Assessment
  • Possible employment after the completion of the apprenticeship
