People Management, CIPD Associate Diploma

What will I learn?
You’ll study 7 units:

Assessment Method
The course is assessed internally via coursework. There are no examinations. Candidates are also required to maintain a continuous professional development record throughout the course.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must have a Level 2 in English and must have completed the Level 3 CIPD.
We can offer a place to those working within HR for 5+ years who do not hold the Level 3 CIPD (but must hold a minimum L3 qual in any subject)
You may be able to gain access onto the level 5 if you hold a degree in a similar subject.
Additional costs
Once enrolled you will need to join the CIPD as a student member. This is an additional course cost (£139.00) and is essential to have for the duration of your studies. Your CIPD Membership and qualification work together to ensure your knowledge is recognised both inside and outside of the people profession.
