Project Management, Skills Bootcamp
Develop your staff in project management and drive your business forward!
Funded by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, this Project Management Skills Bootcamp is delivered over 10 weeks and will equip your staff with the skills needed to support and ultimately lead projects.
This course is suitable for people looking to upskill their staff and is under pinned by the Association for Project Management (APM), Project Management Qualification (PMQ) and will reference the APM Book of Knowledge (BoK) 7th Edition.
The course will be spread over 10 weeks, with face-to-face delivery, requiring day-release one day each week. A colleague skilled in project management can drive business efficiency and support timely and financially sound completion of projects.

Assessment Method
There is formative assessment throughout the programme and an end of programme portfolio.
Funding this course
For employers wishing to upskill their employees, this course will be discounted by 70% for large employers and 90% for SMEs as part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee.
Course Fees
- Large employers (250+ employees) make a 30% contribution of £681.75 per delegate
- Small employers (up to 249 employees) make a 10% contribution of £227.25 per delegate
Eligibility
Participant must:
- Be over 19
- Be currently employed with a sponsoring employer
- Be based in the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (Bristol, Bath, North East Somerset, South Gloucester, or North Somerset)
- Have not have completed a different Skills Bootcamp in the same financial year
