Our Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) is tailored for adults seeking to enter the electrical industry through evening study. Running on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18:00 to 21:00, this 34-week part-time course commencing in September provides participants with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills necessary for electrical design and installation in various settings.

At Level 2 of the Electrical Installation qualification, students embark on a journey of skills development essential for a career in electrical installation. The curriculum encompasses a wide range of topics aimed at providing a solid foundation in electrical principles, installation practices, and safety regulations. Participants engage in hands-on exercises to enhance their skills in wiring systems, conducting electrical tests, interpreting diagrams, and adhering to safety protocols. Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical application, students develop proficiency in key areas such as electrical technologies, wiring techniques, and compliance with industry standards. This comprehensive approach fosters the acquisition of essential skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of electrical installation.

Please be aware that this qualification does not certify you as an electrician.
