Let’s Chat is a unique and different opportunity to support your emotional health and wellbeing.
We have a timetable of awareness raising sessions for those who want to learn more about themselves or about others emotions during these strange COVID-19 times.
There are also workshops to better support you in areas such as sleep, eat, move and relaxing.
There are different sessions each week. All sessions are either for staff or learners.

You can then easily book a place and you’ll be sent a link to join in the session or sessions of your choice.
