Managing WordPress and Website Content - SOLD OUT
18 October 2022 09:30 – 15:00
WordPress is the world’s most popular, free, Website Content Management Platform (CMS) and is used by 44% of all Websites on the Internet. Its highly customisable interfaces, and widely available free and inexpensive plugins, give SMEs an excellent framework to build everything from single-page websites, to fully customisable e-commerce experiences.
WordPress is highly customisable, yet it is very easy to manage day to day content without a significant technical background! This session is aimed at SMEs who have an existing WordPress Website who are either looking to take on managing their own content, or are looking to understand how WordPress works and explore more of the options.
This interactive session will allow you to explore many of the topics discussed in a secure sandbox/test environment, followed by an open afternoon session where a team of experienced Website Developers will be on hand to provide free 1-2-1 consultancy to give advice, ideas, or help/recommend fixes to your own sites or projects.
This event is taking place on Tuesday, 18th October, 9:30-15:00 at The Hive, 6 Beaughfighter Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 8EE. Lunch and refreshments to be provided throughout the day.
