Our EDI Principles
Fairness is not just an ideal but a reality at Weston College. We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, experiences fairness in every aspect of college life.
Respect is the cornerstone of our community. Discrimination in any form is not tolerated. We uphold the standard of respect for every member of our college community.
Equity is ingrained in our decision-making processes. We strive to provide equal opportunities for every individual, guiding our actions and policies to ensure fairness and justice.
Diversity is not just acknowledged; it is celebrated. We believe that our strength lies in the diversity of our students, staff, and stakeholders. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging
Inclusion is not just a buzzword; it is widely understood and embraced at Weston College. We are committed to inclusive behaviour and policies that make everyone feel valued and listened to.
Engagement is crucial to our success. We foster a positive emotional connection between staff and their work, actively involving students in shaping our college environment. This engagement ensures that everyone has a stake in our collective success.
