NOVEMBER GCSE EXAMS

To students who are sitting GCSE exams in November, here is some useful information that may help:

GCSE Exam Dates

English

  • Paper 1 – Tuesday 5th November 9am
  • Paper 2 – Thursday 7th November 9am

Maths

  • Paper 1 (Non-Calculator) –Wednesday 6th November 9am
  • Paper 2 (Calculator) – Friday 8th November 9am
  • Paper 3 (Calculator)– Monday 11th November 9am

From Friday, October 25th, you will receive letters with important information about your upcoming exams. These letters will include details such as the location of your exam, the subjects you will be taking, and any agreed-upon access arrangements. Please make sure to bring these letters with you on the day of your exam.

FAQS

Please arrive at 08:30am, all exams will start at 9am. If you are running late on the day of the exam, please inform the Examinations Office at 01934 422745.

Your exams letter will include the location of which campus you will be taking your exam, and the specific exam room. Please note that room changes cannot be made on the day of the exam. If you have any questions about Exam Access Arrangements or would like assistance finding your exam room, please contact the Examinations Office before Friday, November 1st.

- Your exam letter, and ID either your student ID Card, Passport, or driving license
- Your own equipment: See-through Pencil Case, Pens, Highlighter, Pencil, Rubber, Ruler, Protractor, Compass and Calculator (if allowed)
- Water in a clear bottle with the label already removed

All afternoon classes will run as normal, you are expected to attend.
