Traineeships are FREE courses designed for people between 16 and 24 years old who want to find a job or an apprenticeship but don't have the right skills, experience or qualifications.

They last between 6 and 24 weeks and blend classroom-based training with a work experience placement. At Weston College your traineeship can be in Engineering, Early Years, Business Admin, Hair and Beauty, Hospitality, Construction or Healthcare.
