We need people like you to inspire and train the next generation of engineering, construction, and computing professionals, and to support and guide them in their successes. 

You don't necessarily need a teaching qualification to join us – for the right candidates, we offer the qualifications on the job. So if you have experience in the engineering, construction, or computing sector, we want to hear from you. Whether you're looking for a career change, or to reduce your hours, or maybe top up your income, or give back to the industry, working in further education and training could be the perfect fit for you. 

Our state-of-the-art facilities provide an ideal environment to explore the opportunities available at Weston College. We work with a range of high-profile employers across the three faculties, including Rolls Royce, Airbus, Kier Construction, and the Ministry of Defence to ensure the training we are delivering is what industry needs for the future workforce.
