Apprentice Office Administrator at PD AND CL BUILDING SERVICES LTD
· Duty: Dealing with Customers, suppliers, internal staff everyday with friendly, confident manor. Engaging with them and strengthening relationships.
· Duty: IT – Good IT skills and is confident with using Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of a customer database would be an advantage.
· Duty: Performing office duties such as financial processes, emails, customer database and recording all contact.
· Duty: Able to speak on the phone to customers, internal staff and suppliers or the ability to learn and grow in confidence in this area.
· Duty: Being productive with time management and good judgement, always asking or know who to ask if you get stuck
· Duty: Good communication skills which we will encourage to become an effective and a great team member.
· Duty: Good with talking with people face-to-face, over the phone and by electronic means.
· Duty: Takes responsibility for own tasks and making sure deadlines are met.
· Duty: Planning and organisation of self and others.
· Duty: Project management skills to be effectively used to plan, monitor and report.
· Duty: Managing resources such as materials, equipment, meetings and events.

Specialities include commercial/industrial property refurbishment programmes, external cladding, shop fitting, office refurbishments, social housing and service personnel refurbishments, disabled adaptations, planned maintenance, small works projects, installation of budget to bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, and property maintenance. All of our employees are qualified tradesmen and are recognised under the CSCS and CPCS schemes, They are part of a successful team that supplies good quality workmanship on time and in a responsible manner.
