Customer Solutions Apprentice at Castelan Group

  • Checking incoming orders and deliveries daily
  • Moving stock to designated storage areas
  • Packaging customer orders according to specific branding
  • Delivering orders to the mailroom for dispatch
  • Coordinating with carriers for customer deliveries
  • Tracking missing orders and reporting discrepancies
  • Maintaining care kit quality standards
  • Supporting other departments with stock management
  • Handling order placement and verification
  • Recording messages accurately
  • Procuring parts, undertake product testing and packaging materials
  • Fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the team Manager or Head of Department
