Finance Apprentice at JAYS LOGISTICS (SOUTH WEST) LTD

Daily duties: 

  • Processing Supplier Invoices using Sage 50.
  • Raising and issuing Customer Invoices.
  • Answering Customer Invoice queries.
  • Cross-checking Supplier Invoices before payment and matching to Supplier Statements.
  • Allocating incoming receipts to Customer Accounts.
  • Customer Credit Control.

  • Weekly college attendance at Weston College.
  • End Point Assessment preparation.
