Joe has progressed from the College’s own BTEC in IT to the BSc (Hons) in Applied Computing, achieving First Class Honours. He has been teaching Computing for eight years, during which time he has been involved in the College achieving Microsoft Academy status and revitalised Level 2 and 3 IT apprenticeships.

Joe’s subject specialisms are around IT in business, IT management and computer hardware and software. He also has CompTIA A+ Technician certification and holds a Level 5 Management qualification.

Joe was recently awarded a Silver Pearson Teacher of the Year Award for outstanding and innovative teaching. He is currently studying for a Certificate in Education.
