The best part of this course is the final summer festival where you get to showcase all the skills and techniques you’ve learnt with the final major fashion products that you’ve made as a group.  

Through my course, I have had the opportunity to talk to people who run their own businesses in the fashion industry and learn from their experiences and ask questions to help me make decisions about my future. There are also plans for big inspiring trips to Paris and New York to see the fashion shows which will be a dream come true! 

I’m such a different person to who I was when I started at Creative Arts Weston. I really struggled with self-confidence and believing in myself, and my work, but I have overcome this thanks to all my teachers. They are super nice and accommodating to any help you might need relating to things both in and outside of your course.  

I feel totally equipped for my next steps because of the encouragement we get from the staff when preparing to apply to uni. I would love to go onto study fashion at a higher level and eventually run my own business in fashion.
