- Maintains accurate customer records ensuring they are kept confidential, private and secure
- Aim to resolve customer queries with a first contact resolution commitment
- Understands and analyses internal processes and customer journeys
- Makes recommendations that influence change and improvements in the service we provide
- Communicates regularly with all team members and contributes where appropriate in team meetings and mentoring activities
