Estate Agency Apprentice at RACHEL J HOMES LTD
The role will include taking details of Buyers and Sellers, booking appointments for viewings and valuations, diary management, associated administration relating to Sales and Letting Properties, producing sales particulars and the uploading and marketing of said properties. Initially, the role will be office based but with a view to progressing to conducting viewings and the processes relating to offers and sales being agreed upon. It is a progressive role for the right candidate who is looking for a position that they can dedicate themselves to long term.
Your daily duties will include:
- Dealing with customers, face to face, over the phone and via email.
- Dealing with enquiries from Buyers and Sellers
- Booking appointments for Valuations and Viewings
- Booking appointments for Surveyors
- Diary Management
- Marketing / Social Media / Window Displays
- Producing Sales Particulars
- Booking EPC’s and Floorplans
- Compiling Reports as required
- General administration of daily tasks
