Daily duties:
- Provide face-face customer service.
- Answering telephone queries.
- Answering customer queries via email.
- Using social media.
- Dealing with contractor appointment and arranging meetings, payments, offering advice, guidance, and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after tenancy care.

- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.
- Delivery method and location to be confirmed.
- Regular meetings with assessors.
- EPA preparation.
- Functional Skills in Maths and English, alongside your apprenticeship, if not yet attained a grade 4/C.
- Potential to progress within the company for the right candidate.
