Traineeships

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

Traineeships are fully funded by the Government, designed to prepare young people aged 16-24 for their future career. They’re a fantastic way for employers to identify future talent.

We love Traineeships at Weston College and we were delighted with the recent government announcement that employers will now receive a £1,000 Incentive payment, up to 10 per Traineeships per employer.

Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for employers to get know potential employees before committing to an Apprenticeship or employment opportunity. Many trainees progress to apprenticeships and employers can take advantage of further incentive payments for apprenticeships. Why not think about a Traineeship before an Apprenticeship and take advantage of the combined incentive payments?
