WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

Traineeships are fully funded by the Government, designed to prepare young people aged 16-24 for their future career. They’re a fantastic way for employers to identify future talent.

We love Traineeships at Weston College and we were delighted with the recent government announcement that employers will now receive a £1,000 Incentive payment, up to 10 per Traineeships per employer.

Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for employers to get know potential employees before committing to an Apprenticeship or employment opportunity.
