T Levels are designed to provide a technical alternative to A Levels and are developed in collaboration with employers, ensuring that courses meet industry demands and equip students with the precise skills valued by employers in specific sectors. These two-year courses are equivalent to three A Levels, illustrating the depth of learning involved. One of the distinguishing features of T Levels is the minimum 45-day industry placement, allowing students to gain practical experience and develop essential employability skills.
