ILM Leadership and Management, Certificate (Online and On Campus)
This qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities.
This courses is particularly suited to practising team leaders, supervisors and middle managers seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
This qualification will give you the insight you need to work in a management role in a variety of settings. It aims to build on your leadership capabilities and show you how to manage projects, people and relationships. The innovative design of this qualification means you can fast track your progression to a level which is recognised by employers.
The qualification develops management skills and assists participants in gaining the knowledge and skill required by team leaders and supervisors, as well as providing a route to career development. The modules offer opportunities for class discussion and interaction with other course members. All assessment methodologies are work-related and designed to provide individual development and direct organisational benefits.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed by course work. Assessments are due at the end of each unit. Your tutor will assess your work and build up your portfolio of evidence of learning.
This course is delivered in a flexible way with a mix of on-campus classroom and online sessions.
Fees
This course is FREE if you are aged 19+, do not have a Level 3 qualification (A-Level equivalent), and currently live in the South West.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements but candidates will need to have a good standard of English (grade c or 4+) and be either a practising or aspiring first line manager with the opportunity to meet the assessment requirements i.e able to use experiences of managing people or projects within the assessments. Most candidates will already be in employment; however the course will assist in career progression by enabling candidates to identify opportunities for management skill development. Many have used this qualification successfully to enhance their promotion prospects.
