Computing and Digital Technologies
Level 3
Digital: Support Services, T Level
In an increasingly technological world, there is a growing demand for professionals who can provide technical support, fix software and hardware problems, and ensure smooth digital operations, whether assisting users with complex systems, managing computer networks, or ensuring cybersecurity. The Digital Support Services T Level provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this industry. This programme is designed in collaboration with leading employers and combines classroom learning with practical experience. Acquiring technical skills and industry experience will prepare you for a successful career in digital support services. You can also join the Esports academy and compete nationally in gaming while representing the College.
T Levels are designed to provide a technical alternative to A Levels and are developed in collaboration with employers, ensuring that courses meet industry demands and equip students with the precise skills valued by employers in specific sectors. These two-year courses are equivalent to three A Levels, illustrating the depth of learning involved. One of the distinguishing features of T Levels is the minimum 45-day industry placement, allowing students to gain practical experience and develop essential employability skills. With their unique blend of classroom learning and on-the-job experience, T Levels offer students a clear pathway to rewarding careers in their chosen fields.
